Solid Waste Form
Industrial and hazardous solid waste is declared with waste code, packaging type, quantity/unit, carrier vehicle and disposal facility.
Wastewater / Sewage Truck
Sewage truck movements are recorded with the collected volume, source point and the facility where it is delivered.
Drinking Water Sample
Drinking and utility water sample records are archived together with sampling point and result information.
Machinery Operation
On-site machinery entry/exit and operation records are kept with vehicle, operator and duration details.
Laboratory Wastewater Analysis
Parameter-based laboratory results are entered into the system and automatically compared against defined discharge limits.
Field Wastewater Analysis

The Life Cycle of a Form

Security Approval
Security personnel verify the vehicle and load information and approve the entry/exit.
Company Approval
The company manager validates the declaration and can send incomplete or incorrect records back with a reason.
Approved
The approval chain is complete and the form becomes an official, audit-ready record.
Completed
Acceptance/disposal documents are attached and the operation is archived and included in reporting.
A form can be rejected with a written reason at any approval step. The rejected form returns to its author together with the explanation; when it is revised and resubmitted, the full version history is preserved.

KVKK and GDPR Alignment
Privacy notice, explicit consent, data processing agreement and retention–destruction policy are all in place. Account deletion can be requested in-app with a 30-day cancellation window.
